Hello!
I'm facing an issue where restarting the computer doesn't work consistently—only after several attempts it fails completely. After installing a newer GPU update, the screen turns black with just a cursor, and the taskbar becomes black unexpectedly. Previously, disabling Intel Rapid Storage Technology helped, but now that option is unavailable. What should I do?

Attempt to launch safe mode.
Are there any personalized start menu options or modifications to the taskbar set up?
If present, remove those installations.

Hello, without a personalized start menu, booting into safe mode and restarting should prevent the blue screen from appearing.

Check if the same problems occur in safe mode as well.

Also, if you manage to enter safe mode, you can then execute 'Who Crashed' to determine precisely what occurred. Get it here for free.

Hello! I restarted it once more to check randomly, and it worked now. However, after booting, the taskbar turned black and launched my File Manager from OneDrive.

You need to follow the specific steps for entering safe mode, even though it's currently functioning.
