It should take roughly 5 seconds from pressing the power button until the desktop loads (without a password). I’m having trouble locating a suitable video. Also, it became visible on motherboards when ASRock provided full support, especially with Intel integrated graphics.

It takes about 4-5 seconds from the power button to start loading Windows without hiberboot. The startup is quick once it begins, though it would be better if it were faster. I can't change the POST time. On older motherboards, certain memory tests could be disabled, which affected performance. Even with those settings off, the boot process remains slow.
