Hey guys, I really need some assistance. I've been trying to figure out how to fix this issue, but I'm not seeing any improvements after overclocking my PC. I reset everything back to the default settings. Then I noticed that booting and shutting down took about 3 seconds longer than usual. It seemed like my PC was starting for the first time, which is shown by the completely visible logo on my monitor during startup. Also, when logging in, a minimized black window appears at the top of my screen for about a second. Can you help me fix this?

I'm not sure if you're comparing 3 seconds to 1 second. That's still considered good for a computer.

You're right, it seems unrelated. The issue might not be connected to overclocking or the drive's performance.

But are there any possibilities about what might have led to it then?
