If it’s disabled at all, turning it back on will likely require reinstalling Windows, probably to set it as enabled in the OS. Regarding where the Secure Boot option appears, you won’t see it once CSM support is disabled. It might look easy to locate, but it’s not actually there. Are you using the most recent BIOS? Updating it could fix the issue.
