Boot loop after OC. Assist a beginner.
I recently acquired a new motherboard and previously managed to achieve a stable 4.4ghz configuration on my M.UI board. Here’s a screenshot of the available options:

Intel dz77sl-50k motherboard
i5-3570K
EVO 212
NVIDIA 1070
16GB RAM: Komputer Bay 8GB PC3-12800 DDR3 1600Mhz (though my BIOS only supports up to 1333Mhz)
I usually use Intel OC Helper, where I simply adjust the GHz to my desired value without manually setting it. After optimization, I can boot into Windows, but sometimes the system freezes and restarts, showing either the Intel screen or the BIOS menu before giving up. I’ve managed to get back into the BIOS after a reboot and successfully booted normally.
Currently, I’m experiencing issues with stability—sometimes I reach 4.2, 4.3, or 4.4ghz, but it wasn’t consistent during the image burn process. After turning the PC back on later, it seems to fail again, forcing me back to default settings.
I’m unsure whether the problem lies with voltage adjustments, specifically the "Processor I/O (V)" or "PCH Core (V)" settings. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
When trying to boost the CPU speed, you need to raise the 'Voltage offset' or set the CPU's VCore manually. Also, using power-saving options won't help much. It's a bit unexpected.
