About two days ago I powered on my PC and it didn’t boot properly. I saw a black screen with a ring, but after waiting 2-3 minutes I reached the pre-desktop sign-in screen. It might seem functional, but when trying to log in as a user, the login interface wasn’t present. On the start screen, it took me over two minutes to access the user login page. I cleared the CMOS to check if that would help, but it didn’t. I also attempted an automatic system repair or reset, but nothing resolved the issue. If you have a bootable Windows 10 drive priced at $13 or less, I’d appreciate it. Alternatively, any advice on fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The system takes just two minutes to load. Your hard drive seems in good condition.

It may not work properly, but it should start in safe mode if the issue is hardware or software corruption.
