Boot into 12400f and encounter system restart upon loading Windows
I've configured the CPU across two systems and confirmed it boots into BIOS correctly, allowing full configuration changes. In BIOS mode, rebooting to BIOS reveals no issues and keeps running smoothly throughout the day. However, when Windows launches, it triggers an automatic repair attempt and then powers down immediately, restarting the PC repeatedly. This behavior occurs consistently on both systems, regardless of board, RAM, or Windows version. As soon as another CPU is inserted, everything resets properly. You're likely experiencing a problem with a faulty chip somewhere in the system.
I tested it on a Linux USB drive and got the same outcome right away when trying to boot into the PC power-off mode.
