Hello! Here are the details: Gigabyte Z690 UD DDR4 i9 13900K BIOS Version F22. Issue: Upgrading CPU - Motherboard (BIOS). I changed to "Gaming" mode which turns off all E-Cores and keeps only P-Cores. Now I'm attempting to return to the default mode (8 P-Cores, 16 E-Cores), but whenever I save or exit BIOS it freezes. I've tried adjusting XMP, enabling Secure Boot, and Fast Boot. Also reinstalled Windows from a USB stick without success. If anyone needs more info, feel free to ask—I'm really stuck.

Remove the CMOS chip to fully reset the BIOS, then attempt again. If nothing works, begin MemTesting.
