I adjusted the RAM settings in the BIOS on my AsRock B450M steel legend motherboard. The voltage reading of 1.35 appears in red, which isn’t ideal. Additionally, it sometimes boots correctly a few times but can get stuck in a boot loop during startup, eventually resetting all BIOS settings. What could be causing this and how can it be resolved?
