Hey there, I see you're experiencing a performance issue with your CPU during gaming. Since you're not using a dedicated graphics card and your CPU is only getting 20-30% utilization, it might be due to other factors like software settings or background processes. Your current specs are decent for the Intel i5, but boosting FPS could involve optimizing game settings, reducing background load, or checking for updates. The temperature of around 60°C suggests your CPU isn't overheating, so thermal throttling isn’t the issue. Let me know if you want tips on improving frame rates!

Check the BIOS settings, boost the RAM assigned to your iGPU and raise its core frequency.

The game could be running smoothly even with limited CPU resources.

Well, your performance won't improve much. The rest of your CPU will remain inactive until the GPU begins asking for more data from it. Even with a $100 GPU, things might get better by a factor of ten. Many people call the CPU the "engine" of the computer, but once it reaches its limit, the whole system starts to slow down.

Certain games have poor coding because of their design approach, limiting their full potential. They may prioritize speed over efficiency, leading to overly complex calculations like 2x2x2x2x2 instead of simpler options.
