Get a FPS configuration file. If your computer supports upgrading the SODIMM RAM, install more memory. If not, you might be in trouble.

This wouldn't be a GPU problem but a CPU one. The GPU isn't involved in handling player positions or interactions. CS:GO doesn't rely on PhysX for physics, so even explosion effects are managed by the CPU.
