Back then, you could purchase mini-ITX boards featuring minimal power consumption Intel Atoms or Celerons directly soldered onto them. It appears these models are no longer available on the market. Were they simply not gaining traction, or did they get superseded by newer options?
i have that mb and is a pos... pi's are probly faster and there are usb pcs faster now adays. there still around but have evolved.
The Asrock rack continues to produce a significant amount, and it seems similar for Gigbyte too.
Additionally, most components are now mostly swapped in by NUCs. These can be purchased separately for a dedicated motherboard setup.
