I searched for motherboards but wasn't sure how to check compatibility. For a Ryzen 5 2600, you need a microATX or Mini-ITX board with an AM4 socket.

A good B450 motherboard can handle overclocking the 2600.

Looking at AM4 boards without the A320 chipset Pro4 offers a good balance of budget and features. For gaming with an AC adapter, an ITX setup works well.
