Hey! I just built myself a new PC with most components second-hand. The CPU is an i5-12400f, RAM has two 16GB DDR4 sticks, and the motherboard is a Gigabyte B760 DS3H AX rev 1.0. What seems to be the issue is the motherboard itself. I've tried every suggested fix from the pinned thread, but nothing helped. I suspect the person who installed it might have messed up the BIOS update and blocked it. I'm not sure what to do now—please let me know if you can assist. The power supply is a new MSI MAG A650BN 650W, and my old GTX 1660 OC from Palit is still in use.
