I updated my hardware and kept Windows 10 running. Because the system felt sluggish, I planned a clean install with Windows 11 and reset everything. Now when I power on, all the lights on my PC light up but nothing appears on the screen. I also saw both CPU and RAM lights coming up on the motherboard. After about five minutes those indicators stopped and the computer finally started. Help me figure out what’s happening.

It seems to involve memory exercises. If it continues for a while, you might be able to disable them in the system settings.
