BCLK influences the entire system, even your storage. It's possible something gets disrupted. The OC should not be used once you've reset; have you considered clearing the CMOS?

Without a clock boost, the restart lasts about 30 seconds. Using an OC version causes delays exceeding a minute since the system powers on and shuts off multiple times during each boot or reset, not just once after saving and applying the boost.
