Still having trouble getting Bluetooth to function on Windows 11. I've tested various adapters—PCIe cards and USB dongles—but nothing works. It seems like a driver conflict might be the problem, as indicated by an error code 31 in Device Manager. I've attached a screenshot for your reference. I've tried removing devices, disabling them, uninstalling drivers, reinstalling them, and even changed discovery settings to advanced. Every solution I found online has failed. I also ran CCleaner to address registry issues. Please help me resolve this, and thank you for your time. As a new user, I apologize if I missed any steps.

Have you checked for the newest Bluetooth drivers from Intel? I can share a download link if you need it!

I've also attempted to use the Intel Driver program, but it didn't resolve the problem.

I wasn't aware of this before, that's correct—if I ever face something like this again, I'll remember from my notes.

It's the MSI Herald ax210, and the main driver is the standard Intel AX210 driver.

It seems the problem was the device failing to appear. Since your motherboard lacks built-in Wi-Fi, you may want to reset the CMOS.

Disconnect the USB dongle. The Intel AX210 Bluetooth adapter appears under Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® on my board. Using several adapters may lead to problems. Generally, Windows treats all Bluetooth devices similarly.

I’m sorry, I wasn’t as detailed as I could have been. I attempted to eliminate the Bluetooth adapter too. The only remaining connection is from my mouse and keyboard adapter.

You notice Bluetooth listed among available options in the Settings menu. It appears as a choice, and you can successfully register a new device through the interface.
