Bluetooth stopped working after a restart on the AsRock B550M Steel Legend equipped with Intel AX200.
Hi, I recently set up my PC a few months ago and added a wireless module. However, I noticed that Bluetooth stopped working after some time, while Wi-Fi remained functional from the start. When I tried another module, the issue persisted. The problem seems to be with the M.2 2230 slot—using an adapter card fixed it, but I’m still unsure how to proceed with a capture card in the PCIe slot. Could you help me resolve this?
First check if the BT module appears in Device Manager. Verify Bluetooth is turned on via the Windows 10 settings. I faced an issue with my AX200 Bluetooth that vanished from Device Manager, so I tried a Reddit suggestion. After restarting the device, unplugging the power cord and holding the power button for 30 seconds, it worked again.
