Hi, your Dell XPS 15 9510 had charging issues, so they replaced the motherboard. Now the Bluetooth is acting up—sometimes it works briefly before cutting out. This makes using a Bluetooth mouse or headphones frustrating. The Wi-Fi is fast, but it won’t show networks you’re not connected to, so you can’t switch locations easily. You’ve tried reinstalling drivers and resetting BIOS without success. Anyone have suggestions for fixing this?

It raises a question about whether the connections were made correctly.
