I'm using my wired keyboard and mouse since my Bluetooth devices stopped working yesterday. The USB strip has the USB Unifying Receiver plugged in; I'm sure it's the right one. If not, let me know. Thanks.

Logitech support advises: "Check that the product or receiver is linked directly to the computer, not through a hub, extender, switch, or similar device." This means the receiver isn't built to connect via the USB strip you're using.

I had seen it before.

But I managed to fix it using a USB strip for some time. I placed the Unifying Receiver in one of the USB ports on the front of the PC case, and it worked again. Thanks
I was trying to keep it away from the PC because I didn't want it to get damaged if I closed the door that covers the front panel (4 USB, Memory Card Reader, Audio, etc.).
