Hi everyone. I'm facing an issue where my earbuds (Haylou GT1) don't work with my computer, even though they function perfectly on my phone, Mac Mini, and laptop. When I connect them to a wireless speaker, it works fine. I've tried unpairing and resetting the earbuds, but nothing seems to help. Do you know anyone experiencing this problem? Any suggestions or fixes might be useful. Thanks!

Windows 11 is currently being developed. You might encounter bugs and problems along the way. For consistent performance, consider upgrading to Windows 10 if you require dependability and stability. Ensure your PC's Bluetooth module supports Windows 11. Also, verify that your audio settings are correct—specifically, your earphones should be active, not muted, and the volume should be comfortably audible. In build version 22000.160, Microsoft noted a related issue in their release notes.

It seems you're facing the same problem again without a solution. I've already shared your concerns with Microsoft, but it looks like they might need more time to address it.

I fixed the mine right away. I just registered Windows 11 on my device, upgraded to the newest version, then updated the Bluetooth driver to its latest release, and voilà—my Haylou Gt1 is now working.

I don't have access to your current settings. Please check your device's Bluetooth configuration or settings menu to find the driver in use.

It's your Qualcomm Atheros qca9377, but compatibility varies with your Wi-Fi module or device. I suggest using a driver booster and updating all components, but avoid changing your sound card drivers as they might affect audio quality or cause issues.
