It seems my Bluetooth functionality has completely disappeared. The icon is missing, and it doesn’t appear in the device manager. This issue appears to be new—I recently experienced frequent random restarts, sometimes every couple of days or even multiple times within an hour. I checked the hardware and found a VGA error, possibly linked to unstable power from my dorm outlets after I moved my GPU twice.

The main concern is another normal restart I had while watching YouTube. After logging in, I saw a warning about an "Unknown USB Device" with an error. When trying to reconnect my Bluetooth headphones, it turns out they’re off. I’ve tried everything: reseating the device, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, using the built-in troubleshooter, restarting, and even shutting down the PC. Nothing seems to work.

My motherboard is about two years old, and VGA problems started only a couple of months ago. I use onboard Bluetooth from the motherboard, but in my control panel there are two USB ports labeled "Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®"—both are transparent and don’t respond when I try to adjust settings. The suspected device is under USB controllers and shows "Device Descriptor Request Failed." I can’t seem to reattach it, and even after changing drivers, it keeps showing code 43 (Windows stopped the device due to issues) or code 45 (not connected). I’m unable to roll back the driver for this unit.

If you need further guidance, feel free to share more details.
