I recently replaced my GPU and motherboard with defective parts. After several troubleshooting attempts, everything was resolved and I started using a ROG Strix x570-e motherboard. But on the first day, Bluetooth didn’t connect at all—even when trying to access settings it kept saying "Bluetooth was off." After fixing it, I discovered the default Bluetooth drivers in Device Manager weren’t functioning properly. I installed the RZ608 driver and network adapter, which worked well for about 48 hours. However, when I tried to connect my Bose headset this morning, it wouldn’t appear in the "Add A Device" list, preventing any connection. I’ve searched extensively online but found no solution. I’ve spent around 12 hours trying different fixes, and I really need your help—thank you very much!
The only recommendation I made was to visit the Asus website once your system is powered on and connected to the internet. Install all the latest drivers and BIOS software. When I first turned on the computer, it didn’t work properly—no sound and no Bluetooth devices connected. I checked my BIOS version (1005) and saw that a newer update (1405) was available just days earlier. I updated using the built-in BIOS update tool and downloaded the corresponding driver updates from Asus. After that, everything functioned perfectly.

I gathered everything from the ASUS site, including chipsets and drivers for various sections like internet, Bluetooth, RAID, etc. The Bluetooth driver didn’t appear in Device Manager despite being the latest version. My motherboard’s website offered an alternative RZ608 driver that worked for two days. Since then, I’ve been troubleshooting the adapter, trying older versions, and exploring other solutions with my current driver. It still isn’t functioning properly. I truly appreciate your support and any additional assistance you can offer.
