I have a Z370 motherboard, and I’m curious about using M.2 Key E cards. Are they straightforward to install, or do I need special configurations? Also, do you have any suggestions for suitable cards?

It's usually straightforward to install. It connects via PCIe and USB through the M.2 port. 2. I used an Aorus B450 ITX board with an Intel 9260NGW (dual-band 2x2 WiFi ac and Bluetooth 5.0). It worked well, but it doesn't support Wi-Fi 6 or Ax. You should consider getting antennas and a PCIe slot holder so the antennas fit neatly out of your case. The antenna connectors have nuts that let you secure them in place.
