It seems the cards probably belong to a Half Height Mini PCIE model, which won’t work without a PCI-e adapter. Once that’s the case, you could consider purchasing a USB Bluetooth dongle for around five dollars.

I think DX ships to Pakistan, but be careful with those Bluetooth audio receivers and transmitters—they won’t offer the BT features you need. Here are some links for reference:
