when playing games, the laptop often freezes with a blue screen and displays "memory management." this happens occasionally but often. my main game is CSGO, so I assume the system has enough memory because I have 8GB. after researching, it seems I likely have an integrated Intel HD520 and no dedicated GPU, which uses 4GB of shared memory. this probably explains the memory issue. are there any solutions other than upgrading the RAM?
