Hey everyone, just checking if anyone has thoughts on why the blue screen keeps appearing. Besides driver or software clashes and bad RAM, could there be something else at play?

Could you clarify the issue? When does the crash happen—during startup or while using Windows? If it's related to Windows, which version are you running? Also share your system specifications for better guidance.

On my previous laptop, it seems to be related to the video driver. On the other devices, I'm not sure what's happening because they display a blue screen and then restart immediately. My old machine ran Windows 10 Pro, while the others used Windows 7 Pro.

Obtain the hex code when it crashes. This helps identify the specific blue screen type for better troubleshooting.

PC details from your previous setup: Windows 10 Pro, Intel Pentium B960, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, NVIDIA GT520MX GPU, 520 MHz processor speed. Other systems are not yours; these belong to your company. I don’t have the full spec sheets for those units, even though I’m the only IT professional here. This info is just for my records.

Yes, you can find alternative methods to retrieve the hex code without relying on the displayed example.

If set up for this purpose, you can review the minidumps to find specifics about the system's activities just before it crashed.

Windows frequently generates error reports upon login, and the issue seems to be that it restarts after the OS loads. The challenge is accessing it without being interrupted.
