Hello, first when I started ETS2 Multiplayer, a blue screen appeared and my PC crashed. The error message was STOP: 0x0000001E (followed by numerous zeros). After researching online, I discovered that my disc C is “dirty.” I am unsure if this is related and how to resolve it. Any suggestions? P.S. Additionally, when attempting to run the PC in safe mode, it becomes stuck on classpnp.sys.

Welcome to the forums, please see the below guide on useful information to include with a BSOD post so that we can better help you: https://forums. If you are able to boot into Windows normally, just as a first precaution, I would run an elevated command prompt and run SFC /Scannow

I have been playing a game for a period of time and it consistently fails to crash, therefore I cannot provide a minidump. Furthermore, there has been an update for ETS2, which may resolve the issue; however, I am uncertain. Any advice on how to optimize this C drive?

If you mean simply get rid of junk files: Start > type Disk Cleanup > then tick all boxes and clean. If you mean clean up your OS disk image, then the DISM and SFC commands will help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/di...ted-system
