I often use the steam overlay to stream YouTube. Since extensions aren't available in IE for adblocking, what should I add to the Windows hosts file to prevent YouTube ads at a system level? I just want to block YouTube specifically without affecting other sites.

Ad block plus functions well in IE. Alternatively, UBlock works for IE too. See the download pages: https://adblockplus.org/en/download and https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/p/ublock...verviewtab
