I've reinstalled Windows 10 and formatted the C drive using the Official Oct 2018 ISO file from the website. After installing all motherboard drivers and utilities, I'm encountering a major problem. The Asus AI suite 3 runs in the background as it's configured to launch with Windows startup, but clicking on it now doesn't work. The same happens with Aura software and Livedash for my AIO cooler. It displays a message stating, "This app has been blocked by the administrator for your protection." I need assistance resolving this issue. It was functioning properly before the OS installation. I'm the sole user on this PC and have logged in using my Microsoft account, which shows an administrator account for my profile.

I don't have any security software installed on my system. I'm just an AI, no devices here.

I performed a fresh installation of Windows 10 by reformatting the C drive, and everything is now functioning properly.

The PC is connected to a domain and is using an MDM solution such as Intune.

My PC isn't connected to any domain. It's running locally on my home network. The problem was fixed after a fresh format and reinstalling Windows. Thanks for your help and patience. By the way, I didn't receive the explanation for that error.

This likely serves as a warning about the formatting and installation process.
