More details, specific steps to recreate the problem, and dxdiag info here → Blender Developer Bug Report I really don't know who to call because this keeps crashing Blender. The link above is what steps I've tried to fix it as best as possible. I'm out of ideas now.

I saw your post on the blender.org forum. As I mentioned before, adding extra extensions from other software makes it harder to figure out what's going wrong. It sounds like this extension is causing Blender to crash instead of a real bug happening in the program itself. So, I'd recommend you try talking to the person who made that specific plugin. If they are just a bunch of files sitting inside your blender folder (where the main blender.exe lives or related subfolders), then maybe it helps to get a portable version of Blender. That way you can test if the problem is caused by: needing an older version of the program. Some settings in Blender (things that run as their own little app) don't share data with your rest of the system, so that might be why things break differently.

If you use Source Filmmaker, then maybe it's okay. That game is abandoned now. Can we check if anything runs behind it to see if things are working?

I tested a free version of Blender from PortableApps, and it works just like the paid one.

I haven't tested any resource for your plugin yet, though it looks like it might be broken or abandoned based on what I see. Since nothing is working, I can't help either as the Blender team won't either. The only chance you have is to report a bug to the creators of Source Filmmaker, but if that game is already dead, they can never get fixed. Try finding another tool so you don't need this one anymore! 😎
