Because your father provided it, this enterprise software is ready for use. Please contact Blancco's customer support for assistance. They should be able to help you.

This might not be feasible because I'm from Russia, which could make it costly.

Oh, well youre hosed then. The only way to fix it is a new OS install cause its already erased everything, thats just the report thats left. Need a windows disc/stick or Linux.

I attempted, but the issue persists because the problem exists on the new disk as well, causing the installation to fail with "disk not found."

No, it's not Seagate you're trying to use.

When I turn on my computer, the first thing that appears is a Blancco report. What should I do to eliminate it? Blancco Drive Eraser can save an erasure report on the hard disk's master boot record if it was enabled beforehand. To delete the report, start the computer using a Windows boot disk or installation CD and enter the repair mode. Execute the command: "fdisk /mbr". This updates the boot sector and removes the Blancco file. Installing an operating system like Windows or Linux will also resolve the issue, as the MBR gets wiped during setup.

I noticed that and attempted it. If I'm correct, fdisk is a Linux utility, while on Windows you can use tools like winrecovery or fixmbr. I tried fixing the MBR but it didn't succeed.

Start the Windows installation and run diagnostics. Launch a command prompt and execute fdisk with the command 'fdisk mbr'. Note that fdisk is a low-level Windows CLI tool, while DiskPart offers an older MSDOS interface for Windows 95/98 systems.
