Hi Guys, I've had a problem for a long time. I always have a bottleneck in COD be it the old or the new Bo6 and Warzone. My 4090 is never fully loaded. The utilization is just about 30-max 50 percent on average (that's fucking ridiculous). With everyone else it's 99/100%, as it should be I have tried everything, including using optimized settings etc. In the integrated benchmark in blackops 6 I also have 99 or even 100 percent bottleneck on the cpu and not on the gpu as it should be. Accordingly, my fps are also very bad and everything doesn't feel clean and very spongy. even when i asked friends, their gpu was always 99/100% utilized and ran very well. i play in 1080p but others also play on that resolution and have full load. even when i play in 4k i have 60-17 percent load. so it can't really be that. Specs: i9 13900k 4090 64GB Ram 6400mts Hope u can help me I really don't know what to do anymore Best regards

Launch Task Manager, configure it to display all CPU cores. How does it perform?

Bo6 has been functioning well for a while, but now you're experiencing frequent packet issues and slow performance. It seems like the problem is more about connectivity than the game itself. What defines a "poor FPS" in your situation?

The newest bios and resolution still face the same issue at 1080p or 4K, and changing settings doesn't make a difference.

Occasionally reaches 200fps around. Generally very low frame rate for a 4090 and 13900k system. Typically aim for 300-400 fps at 1080p.

Here is a revised version:

A visual capture would be beneficial.
