Hello everyone, I've been dealing with an issue with my 2080ti all year now. It began when I installed water cooling for my two 2080Ti graphics cards. After putting the EKWB water blocks on them myself with a friend’s help, once I booted up the system I hit a black screen. Even after swapping out the motherboard, CPU, and RAM, the problem persisted. I can still log in and play games, but performance is terrible—often around 2 FPS. I ran a 3DMark test on the cards and managed to finish Time Spy without a black screen on a few occasions. My score was about 1,200, whereas I expected results closer to 10,000. Recently, I added an older 980Ti to the build and got a Time Spy result of 5,508. This suggests there’s likely a graphics card problem. I’m not sure what to do next or where to seek help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked each card individually to eliminate any possibility of it causing the problem?

I've tested each card individually, one at a time. One appears to freeze more than the other, yet both struggle under pressure. I've watched YouTube and searched online all day, but when I launch any game, it still crashes or drops frames even with graphics set to low.
