Black screen displaying a green BOOT LED, but no booting occurs.
Hi Everyone,
I've been experiencing this problem with my setup recently. Sometimes, if I shut down the system during the day while keeping the power on, then attempt to restart, it displays a black screen at boot. On the motherboard, the green boot LED lights up but doesn't progress further. I don’t see any display at all. This also occurs when I shut down the system for hardware modifications or frequent restarts.
Occasionally, XMP2 works, but sometimes it fails again, leaving me stuck with a black screen and a green boot light. I even tried updating the BIOS to the latest version, but it didn’t allow enabling XMP II, so I had to downgrade.
This situation hasn’t happened before, but now happens once a week. The only solution I’ve found is resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery.
I’ve tried removing various components, but the issue persists. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is strange, how did you end up with such a setup? Did you purchase the modules separately over time?
