I have the parts you mentioned: Asus B450m-a/CSM board, AMD 3600 with 32GB RAM DDR4 at 3200MHz, and an Asus RX580 with 8GB. The problem started after I replaced my main SSD with a portable drive. When I reinstalled it, I encountered a strtrail.txt bluescreen. Now the screen shows normal images, but WinPE fixes the boot issue. After restarting, nothing appears on the screen—no manufacturer logo, no Windows boot looping, and pressing power once causes the computer to shut down instantly. I've tried swapping another GT310 GPU, cleaning the BIOS, and using BIOS reset codes, but nothing works. The keyboard's caps lock still functions properly. It seems the issue might be with the motherboard itself. The system crashed after a restart, possibly due to a driver problem or hardware fault.

I recently attempted it but it doesn’t function properly. There’s nothing visible on the screen, no system info, and no applications are open.

Determine if it's a SATA or M.2 SSD and explore alternatives to simply disconnecting the drive.

Yes, the fans are running during the boot process.

I'm using a 860QVO and have already attempted to remove two RAM sticks, cleaned the dust from the GPU. Next, I plan to take out all the SSDs and HDDs to test.

There are numerous potential causes, do you have a motherboard speaker?

This setup lacks an error indicator to highlight issues. Also, I don’t have a chassis—I just placed the motherboard on a bubble cushion. I’ll look for any bent pins on the back.

You can purchase a motherboard speaker, they are inexpensive and simplify troubleshooting. The board is compatible with these speakers.
