When launching Div 2, I encounter a black screen and the afterburner OSD shows 0 fps. I've checked config.cfg, verified the game files, and moved to the C:/ drive. Should I reinstall?

I attempted to disable everything roughly (Discord, Steam, wallpaper engine, etc.)
