I chose to increase my GPU's speed and after several tries it became unstable and displayed black screens. After restarting the system, I restored the original settings but still experienced black screens for about three seconds when accessing the desktop. I then returned it to normal speeds, yet the issue persisted. Any suggestions?

Attempt to adjust the clock to the absolute minimum setting. If the system functions correctly at this level, consider reinstalling drivers; it's possible the card is damaged. If the issue remains consistent with a standard clock, reinstalling drivers may be necessary. Could you please specify your card model?
