Your system is running on a fairly old hardware setup. The recent upgrade to more RAM didn’t seem to fix the issue, and now adding another 32GB doesn’t help either. It might be worth checking if the new RAM sticks are compatible with your motherboard model or if there’s an issue with the installation process. Also, ensure all connections—especially the HDMI cable—are secure. If possible, try booting into safe mode to see if the problem persists.

Did you review the BIOS settings? I faced the same problem too—I just removed the CMOS battery for a few minutes, then reinserted it. It resolved completely. You may need to enable XMP and use full RAM speed in BIOS; it could be labeled as Expo or DOCP.

Are the latest bios correct? Didn't you just swap in the new RAM instead of adding the new one?

You might have to refresh the BIOS or adjust the RAM configurations for the updated memory to function correctly. Additionally, it could be necessary to stick to either the new or the existing RAM. Certain devices don’t handle combining different types well.

You were correct. My BIOS was from 2019, so after updating it along with other drivers like the chipset, I reinstalled the RAM and it functioned properly. I had to adjust the BIOS settings back to 3200MHz, but everything is now working well. Thanks!
