Black ops 4
Black ops 4
recently i purchased a new computer with these specifications: motherboard msi z370 a pro, psu corsair cx750, ram 2x 8gb adata ram, ssd kingston 240 gb, gpu msi 2080 ventus, cpu i7 8700k, black ops 4. currently i'm achieving around 80 to 90 fps on all low settings at 1920x1080 resolution. i wanted to check if these settings are compatible with the hardware.
Black ops 4 is a relatively new game, and Treyarch hasn't made enough adjustments for it to perform better. The same issue occurred with PUBG, but Bluehole managed to resolve it.
yes, but remember the last time I checked (and this might be different) it caps at 90fps max.
noted the boost in Bo4's limit and observed better gameplay with GTX 1080 at high settings, though there seems to be an issue with the 2080 low setting.
meaning that older cards like 1080 perform better than a 2080 is what you're suggesting
playing in 1080p instead of 1440p could still impact the card, since the 2080 was built for 4k.
I noticed the video I shared. 2080, 1440p displays his settings. Ensure drivers are current and investigate any problems.
Also, other games function properly, correct?
No, you should aim for 1080. Performance might vary with resolution, but you won't face significant slowdowns at lower settings.
i play csgo and i max out around 300fps, which isn't great since the game runs at 1280x960. also, the drivers are all current.
