I received your R9 390 and i5-4460, and during intense scenes like explosions or firefights your frames drop significantly. There seems to be no improvement even after adjusting settings to medium. The GPU temperatures stay low at around 60°C, but they rise to about 80°C when playing Witcher 3. Is there a solution to address this performance issue?

This behavior is typical for Black Ops 3 on PC, and you shouldn't expect a fix. I frequently experience severe frame drops.

Consider reinstalling the AMD drivers. The GPU reaches 80 degrees because Witcher 3 is more demanding.

Review all your configurations and fine-tune them for better performance. With a 970 and 1440p, running at high settings keeps you above 60 even during drops. The drops do occur but are still quite bothersome. I disable features like MSAA and keep shadows to a minimum. The goal is adjusting Ti settings to reduce what matters most in your specific setup.

I didn't check the sync every frame. It functions properly, though I'm not sure if it's the best approach.

It's a poorly optimized peasant version—play another game instead.
