Someone else is experiencing issues with Black Ops 3, too. When you try to play it in Steam, the game fails to load and displays a black screen.

It's a partially completed project you should anticipate it will work well

It's not a buggy release. Besides a handful of initial issues (common for most games), everything functions properly. @OP, I haven't encountered this problem yet.

No worries for me. I've avoided most common issues. The only thing was the initial strange resolution.

Absolutely, it's true that most new games have had some launch-day issues over the past decade.

These are some of the issues my steam friends are having and they are really glaring.... the issue with 8gb of RAM being insufficient for some people while others have no problem with 8gb 16gb seems to be fixing the mouse lag issue CPU being pinned at 100% - this is before the update being able to make a gun skin but not being to apply it to a gun or if you do get it to apply there is a glow on it this one is really odd....one friend has a [email protected] and a 780ti and gets 1fps while another has an i5 non-kSKU CPU and a 750ti and gets 50 - 60 on medium settings.
