New machine powered by ASUS Z790 motherboard, Intel 13900K processor, Samsung 990 Pro graphics. Functions perfectly. Upgraded to Windows 10 Pro with Microsoft Acc and digital license. Secure boot activated, TPM 2.0 supported. Verified via 'confirm-securebootuefi' and 'get-tpm'. Attempted to turn on Bit Locker but failed. System reports PCR7 binding issues, device encryption not supported, hardware security interface didn't respond, no modern standby detected, and DMA-capable devices flagged. Checked Microsoft forums and Google searches—everything seems correctly configured. Still encountering this locker error. Need assistance.

I also recently acquired a new 1TB 990Pro, but the hardware encryption isn't compatible with Windows 10 Pro BitLocker. My older 960Pro and 980Pro function properly after enabling hardware encryption, whereas the 990Pro won't even appear as a secondary drive. The only reason I purchased the 990Pro was for E-Edrive hardware encryption to support BitLocker, so it should work. I bought it directly from Samsung with the most recent February 2023 firmware already installed.
