Notice the BitLocker recovery key during setup. Usually they prompt you to print it or save it somewhere. Without it, you’ll likely have to reinstall Windows. The motherboard remains functional, but all your data on the boot drive is gone.

You can still reinstall Windows even without a screen. If you can’t see anything when booting, try using the recovery options or a USB drive to access the installation media.
