biosPC starts up, displays messages, shows the mainboard splash and then goes dark
Hello. I’m facing problems getting my RAID to start even though the controller claims it’s bootable. After checking the BIOS, I realized it wasn’t setting my RAID as the default disk. I fixed that. While adjusting other settings—like enabling LAN boot mode, turning on Q-fan Control for my case fan, and setting a longer BIOS wait—I still get a boot failure. Now the PC boots, displays the motherboard splash screen, then crashes black. I attempted to revert changes in the BIOS, but pressing commands on the boot screen doesn’t work. My custom CPU overclock is active, originally configured by PC Specialist, and I’m unsure how to reset it without losing data. The motherboard model is ASUS P6X58D-E. I have the manual link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hI6ypHA...sp=sharing. I tried searching for a “User Prompt” requirement but couldn’t find it. The screen says “entering setup,” yet it won’t enter setup when I press DEL. Could you help me resolve this? Thank you in advance. P.S. I’m hoping this is the right place if I haven’t posted it elsewhere.
