Hey, so i bring happy news to everybody. When i updated to bios version 1404 which introduced the new 1.0.0.4 abba b, my system went unstable. Every time i booted my pc, it went to 5 minutes of boot loop and then bios setup. I could not but my ram to XMP cause my system would not start and ransom crashes in games. Now that i updated to bios version 1405 all problems are gone. Pc boots fine and i can actually put my ram to XMP. And no crashes. Its funny that the 1404 update was so bad. I nearly raged everyday. I had to put my pc tp sleep mode to prevent boot looping. I mean cmon Asus how can u even make such a horiible bios, and you could not even downgrade from it. So everybody who has problems with their new asus x570 boards, update to latest bios please

I’m having trouble setting up my nVidia driver. It seems the board isn’t recognizing it. Would this resolve the issue? I’ve already installed the chipset drivers and now I’m trying to install the nVidia driver. The GPU appears as Microsoft Basic Display Adapter in Device Manager, but it’s not showing up correctly. I’m unsure why that happens.

Installed the same motherboard and updated the BIOS. After resetting my profile and manually setting the BLCK to 100 (profile restore defaults to 0?), my CPU remains stuck at base speed. My R7 3800X runs consistently around 3.9GHz without exceeding it. It hasn’t been overclocked, and I haven’t changed any BIOS settings. Anyone experiencing similar problems or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Stefan.

Use Ryzen Master to boost performance. After restarting the PC, it will start with default settings, but you can quickly apply your custom overclock using the saved profile. It works better than BIOS for me.

Everything is working properly now. I had to configure the BIOS myself instead of using a profile from an older version.
