To carry out a CPU swap you’ll need to modify your BIOS settings. You’ve already tried several methods and checked the manufacturer’s website for guidance. The system displays “TERRA” as the maker, which isn’t GIGABYTE but a prebuilt model. The F60e WG version doesn’t exist in this BIOS release, so you’ll need to follow the official instructions carefully. Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding. If the manufacturer confirms their BIOS is custom and no updates are available, consider purchasing a new motherboard as the only viable option.

Get the BIOS from the system integrator. It comes with a Gigabyte board designed for them. Alternatively, you might use a BIOS flasher tool to overwrite it.

Did you try using a tool such as CPU-z to determine your motherboard and BIOS version? This approach should give you the most reliable outcome. I’m just sharing what seems to be the most effective method you can try. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Forcing a flash isn’t advised—it can permanently damage the board and leave no help available. Of course, you might be able to resell the board or CPU later if you need them for another build. Right now, discounts are available at Black Friday and similar events. If your board needs a different BIOS for the CPU upgrade, that’s likely the only option. Sorry for the inconvenience.
