I have some concerns about the BIOS settings.
1. Every time I turn off my computer, the drivers for the keyboard disappear. I have to reinsert the USB and try again. It happens when switching off too.
2. The keyboard functions properly in the BIOS screen but fails after the OS starts. I've tested with Windows 11 and Ubuntu, but the problem persists.
3. When formatting the computer, the BIOS settings change unexpectedly. What might be causing this issue?

The drained CMOS battery might be the issue. Try swapping in a CR2032 to check if it resolves the problem.
