My BIOS loads the main Logo in 63 seconds after the PC is working properly. I tried disconnecting all SATA drivers and USB devices, but the issue persists. I also updated the BIOS, cleared the CMS, and loaded default settings, yet there’s still no resolution.

Uncertain about your question if SATA is enabled but you disconnect it, or if you're referring to M.2 devices.
