Do you believe the BIOS version and/or AMD drivers might be related? I often overlook updating the BIOS and drivers, recalling a lot of steps when setting up drivers on this system in early 2019 before finding stable ones. I’ve saved both the BIOS and drivers where I found them when using an RX 570. I’d prefer not to alter the BIOS or drivers unless they seem connected to the issues.

It's likely a more recent BIOS update might enhance memory compatibility (I checked the documentation for that). Alternatively, simple manual adjustments could achieve the desired result.
